Organizations' of any size can participate in this program (a) By enrolling for the short, targeted, online just in time learning courses, (b) Actively posting collaboration opportunities using the specialty templates or by passively searching or viewing opportunities posted by others, and (c) Economic development organizations, industry trade associations, tech parks partnering with local universities and ScaleUP USA to establish local acceleration centers.

ScaleUP USA's primary job is to do the heavy lifting to actively grow this platform across the globe, so client organizations can find the quality US and global ideas, knowledge, suppliers, customers, partners, advisors, investors, and growth acceleration infrastructure.
+ IS SCALEUP USA ONLY FOR US BASED COMPANIES OR CAN GLOBAL COMPANIES PARTICIPATE?
While ScaleUP USA is headquartered in the USA, any US or global organization can use this platform to do just in time learning, locate suitable collaboration partners locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally as well as to set up local acceleration centers.
+ HOW CAN EMPLOYEES OR CONSULTANTS PARTICIPATE IN THE JUST IN TIME LEARNING ON SCALEUP USA?
Interested parties can go to the ScaleUP USA academy section by clicking on the "Join Program" button on the home page and will be directed to the course area where you can preview courses and enroll for them.
+ HOW ARE SCALEUP USA COURSES CHARGED?
ScaleUP USA courses are either free or paid. Free courses can be discontinued at any time and registered users will lose access to these courses if they are discontinued. Within paid courses, clients typically have the option for a one-time charge for the course or can pay a month to month or yearly subscription. One time paid courses are typically accessible for a one-year duration after the payment date. For the month-to-month payment plan or the yearly payment plan access to courses will be discontinued after the monthly or yearly payment term expires.
+ CAN I SHARE MY COURSE CONTENT WITH FRIENDS, EMPLOYEES OR CONSULTANTS?
Absolutely not! We keep our courses low cost and affordable so individual registrations are possible! Each participant for the ScaleUP USA course must directly register himself or herself for either paid or free courses. Users will not reproduce, share or distribute the course material at any time. Users will keep all course materials confidential, and will also not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the course materials or their contents, to any other person or entity.

+ CAN SCALEUP USA LIVE POSTINGS BE DELETED EARLIER THAN ONE YEAR?
You can always request us to delete your live posting by forwarding the ScaleUP’s original order confirmation. There are no additional charges to delete the posting early nor are there any refunds available for early deletion of live postings.
+ CAN SCALEUP USA LIVE POSTINGS BE UPDATED?
Live posting will be updated free of cost if ScaleUP USA has made a publishing error, which means it has incorrectly posted information submitted by you. This does not include editorial changes made by us such as to improve the look and feel of your posting.
+ HOW CAN I SET UP A LOCAL ACCELERATION CENTER?
Typically local universities and colleges are eligible to set up the acceleration centers in partnership with industry, economic development organizations, technology parks, and industry associations. + HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT FOR SUBMITTING AN ONLINE SCALEUP USA PROFILE OR AN COURSE?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay via Stripe's secure payment engine.
+ WHAT IS THE SCALEUP USA REFUND POLICY?
Refund requests can be made via email to Hello(at)ScaleUP.one within 24 hours of the placing of the online order. To request a refund for your digital service order, forward us the ScaleUP order confirmation email you received from us with the reason for requesting the refund. All valid refund requests will be evaluated and adjudicated typically within 7-14 days of receipt. Just in time courses, digital downloads, and e-book orders with preview options are non-refundable.
